The preliminary design is refined into a final design through the use of mood boards and 3D visualizations, with the aim of achieving the most accurate and clear presentation of the project possible, while considering the interior, architectural, and urban development framework.

Everything in the right order
Once the design has been definitively approved, we proceed to the technical development. In addition to drawing up detailed plans, a tender file is drawn up. The budget and preparation of the works are fully mapped out. Ultimately, the project is followed up by weekly site visits, accompanied by associated site reporting.
